On November 16, the CSSM participated in the T.T. Chao Symposium, hosted by the Science History Institute, featuring our esteemed Director, Eric Schelter, as one of the speakers.  The focus of the talks were on the relationships between consumerism and sustainability. Dr Schelter’s presentation focused on the promises of less greenhouse gases with the advent of more widespread electrification and highlighted efforts by the CSSM to create more sustainable pathways toward obtaining some of the critical materials needed to make this happen.  Special thanks to all who attended!
